SPSS output is not a results chapter by itself. Your job is to select the correct statistics, report them in APA style, and explain what each result means for the hypothesis or research question.

Use the output selectively

Include descriptive statistics, assumption checks, test statistics, degrees of freedom, p values, confidence intervals, and effect sizes when relevant. Avoid pasting every output table into the body of the chapter.

Connect results to hypotheses

Each results paragraph should name the analysis, state whether the finding was significant, and explain the direction or size of the effect in plain academic language.
